Working principle of TOPTION cryogenic ethanol extraction equipment ( matched chiller, ethanol pre-cooling jacketed layer stainless steel storage tank, insulation cotton, subsequent filtering equipment are available)

1. Alcohol is pre-frozen in the pre-freezing storage tank, if you have an alcohol pre-freezing warehouse, it is also ok.

2. The pre-frozen low-temperature alcohol automatically enters the extraction tank through the pump to soak the dried hemp biomass.

3. Complete the whole process of centrifugal extraction in the extraction tank, collect the extracted hemp crude oil liquid, and enter the filtration stage.

4. Alcohol in this stage can be recycled through the evaporator.
