For many times of backwashing, when the filtration effect is not obvious improving, you can use less than 5% hydrochloric acid solution, or less than 8% sulfuric acid solution, or less than 10% NaoH solution soaked at room temperature, and then washed with clean water. Which solution to choose for cleaning depends on which solution the magazine in the filtrate is easily soluble in.
